We start by talking about what's actually happening in your family — what's hard, how long it's been going on, and what you've already tried. From there, we identify one clear focus and start building a plan specific to your situation.

That depends on your situation. Some families benefit from weekly sessions early on, then shift to biweekly or monthly as things stabilize. Others come in for a focused period around one specific challenge. We'll talk through what makes sense during your consultation.

There's no single answer. Some families see real shifts in 6 to 8 weeks when we focus on one specific area. Others work together for 6 months to a year — or longer — as their child grows and new challenges come up. I'll always be honest with you about what's realistic.

My focus is parent coaching. I work with you, not just your child. The most powerful and lasting change happens when parents understand the patterns driving behavior and have the tools to respond differently at home.
