Session Rates

  • Individual Parent Coaching — 60 minutes: $175

  • Individual Parent Coaching — 30 minutes: $100

  • Group Coaching Session — minimum of 3 families, topic-based: $75 per family

Sessions are available in English and Spanish. Ask about multi-session packages during your consultation.

How to Book

Sessions are booked through Acuity. You'll receive a confirmation and session link once your appointment is scheduled. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking.

Accepted: all major credit and debit cards.

Cancellations require 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full session rate.

  • No. All services are private pay. If cost is a barrier, please reach out — There are several levels of service offered that I may be able to accommodate you.

  • We start by talking about what's actually happening in your family — what's hard, how long it's been going on, and what you've already tried. From there, we identify one clear focus and start building a plan specific to your situation.

  • That depends on your situation. Some families benefit from weekly sessions early on, then shift to biweekly or monthly as things stabilize. Others come in for a focused period around one specific challenge. We'll talk through what makes sense during your consultation.

  • There's no single answer. Some families see real shifts in 6 to 8 weeks when we focus on one specific area. Others work together for 6 months to a year — or longer — as their child grows and new challenges come up. I'll always be honest with you about what's realistic.

  • My focus is parent coaching. I work with you, not just your child. The most powerful and lasting change happens when parents understand the patterns driving behavior and have the tools to respond differently at home.

  • Yes. All sessions are conducted via telehealth, which means you can access support from anywhere in the United States. Whether you're in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Texas, or elsewhere, we can work together.
